When I first began my journey in Information Technology Services, I began taking up small projects to build my roots and now I am confident that I can tackle down problems by collaborating with other technical gurus.

I have provided desktop and laptop support for system refresh project, supported users on setting up multiple network printers, managed hardware and software failure due to viruses, network cabling and termination and punched down keystone jacks and patch boards.
